Position Overview
We’re looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day execution across paid media, organic content, and reporting for multiple clients. This role includes managing campaign optimization, social calendar execution, content ideation, and light creative production. The ideal candidate can balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation and is comfortable working across platforms and verticals.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Ad Management
Manage paid media campaigns across social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and Apple Search Ads, potentially expanding into new networks in the future.

Monitor performance and provide weekly and/or monthly updates with strategic insights, optimizations, and recommendations.

Launch and refresh ad campaigns as needed, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and platform compliance, especially when working with regulated industries.

Track budgets and performance data, including CPC trends, conversions, and audience engagement.

Social Media & Content Management
Create, schedule, and publish social content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Canva and scheduling tools like Social Pilot.

Collaborate with clients to review and approve content, adapting visual and written materials based on feedback and performance.

Offer monthly content recommendations informed by platform trends and past engagement.

Maintain high-quality, brand-aligned creative and messaging across all channels.

Client Communication & Meeting Support
Lead or participate in weekly check-ins and monthly status meetings with clients.

Prepare performance summaries, strategic updates, and creative recommendations in written or presentation format.

Respond to client requests and ad hoc questions related to monetization, performance, and content direction.

Internal Marketing & Special Projects
Contribute to Green Hearted’s own content strategy, including social media planning and ongoing website initiatives.

Assist with internal process improvements like recording training videos, organizing templates, and maintaining campaign documentation.

Collaborate on team-wide brainstorming and support cross-functional marketing efforts as needed.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 3–5 years of experience in marketing or digital advertising (agency or multi-client experience a plus)

Are confident managing social campaigns (paid and organic) and optimizing based on performance data.

Know your way around Canva, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social scheduling platforms.

Can juggle multiple deadlines and enjoy a mix of strategic and executional work.

Communicate clearly and confidently, both internally and with clients.

Are proactive, adaptable, and love solving marketing puzzles.

Are curious, collaborative, and growth-minded.

Nice to Have (but Not Required): Experience working with brands in wellness, healthcare, education, publishing, or SaaS.

Familiarity with SEO tools, Webflow, and Google Platforms.

A good sense of humor and a solid GIF game.
